Gate / Entries

Doors open at 12pm, show starts at 1pm on both Saturday and Sunday (July 30 & 31).

Gaining access to the grounds is done either through the front gate (entrance off Loggers Lane), or the back gate (entrance from the parking lot). 

Both front and back entrances will have people scanning entry tickets. Please have your digital ticket available on your phone screen (or on paper) to expedite entry.

Cash will be accepted at the gates for entries.
Prices: Saturday $5 kids/seniors, $7 general admission. Sunday $8 kids/seniors, $13 gen adm.

Dogs / Outside Food & Drinks

Please leave your dogs and coolers at home.

Note: there will be bag checks as no outside alcohol is permitted on site.

Water

Please bring a refillable water bottle. There will be a water refill station. Stay hydrated, friends!

Cash vs Card

There will be one ATM on site.

These booths will accept debit and credit: Concession, Beer Garden, Souvenirs.

Beer Garden & Alcohol Consumption

Don’t forget your ID if you plan to drink! You will be given a wrist band. 

You can purchase beverage tickets using cash, credit, or debit by the front gate, or at the booth in the Beer Garden. Prices: Draft, Cider, Hard Soda $6. Tall cans $8.

The entire bleacher area is now licensed, so families can sit anywhere and ID verified adults can consume alcohol. 

Beef Buns

The Rotary BBQ Beef Sandwiches are available only to those who purchased in advance. Present your “beef admission” ticket at the front gate to receive a coupon that you will redeem for your bun. 

If there turns out to be a surplus of buns, we will make an announcement about availability in the latter part of the show, and sell the remaining buns via debit or credit, no cash.

Vegetarian Options

The concession stand will have veggie wraps and salads available for sale from Freshii.

Bathrooms

Portable bathrooms are located on your way into the grounds, whether you’re entering from the back parking lot or the front gate.

Bike Valet

Please consider biking instead of driving. We have 450 spots for bikes!

To get to the bike Valet, approach the Loggers Sports Grounds (map) through Loggers Lane, enter the gravel lot and turn left.

Public Transit Access

Busses 1, 2, 4 and 9 all drop off within walking distance of the Loggers Sports Grounds (map).

Vehicle Parking

The parking lot is located behind the Loggers Sports grounds and is accessed by entering the parking lot at Brennan Park and heading to the back left. There will be an entry gate at the back left of the parking lot.

Are dogs allowed at the Loggers Sports Grounds?
No, pets are not permitted in the Loggers Sports Grounds except for licensed service dogs. There are lots of loud noises at the event that may scare your pet, so it’s best to leave them at home.

Can I bring my own food and drinks to the Loggers Sports Grounds?
No, but there are several food and drink vendors onsite at the Loggers Sports Grounds. Vendors accept cash, Interac and major credit cards. There will be an ATM onsite. Note that you must Pre-buy your Rotary Beef BBQ Sandwiches online in advance (for the day that you’ll be attending).

Do I have to be a sponsor to participate in the Parade?
No! Entry to the Parade is free to all businesses and groups. Check out the Parade page for more information.

Do you have a vendor marketplace?
No, we do not offer a vendor marketplace.
